Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.
• If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed.

After Shipment

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• In such cases, customers may refer to the return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

• Foam shampoo
• Any opened liquid or chemical-based products

Microfiber cloths are returnable only if unused and unopened.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
• After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, at no extra cost.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund within the specified time:

• Please check with your bank or payment provider.
• Then contact us for further assistance.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product).
• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
